Photo & marketing consent

By checking photo consent on the Join form, you allow Soccer 3 Academy staff and contractors to photograph or record your child during training, tournaments, and academy events for coaching review and internal records.

By checking marketing consent, you also allow the Academy to use those images and first names in public channels — this website, printed flyers, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp status — without additional payment.

You may withhold marketing consent and still enroll. Photo consent is required so coaches can review film. You may withdraw marketing consent later by writing the front desk; we will stop new uses.

We will not tag a child’s school, home address, or full name on public social posts without a separate written ask.
