Soccer 3 Academy collects child, parent, medical, and payment-status information to run the academy office. Medical and emergency data is visible only to authenticated staff in Toque.

We do not sell personal information. We do not offer a parent portal in this version. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time via the link we send.

Staff accounts use hashed passwords and signed sessions. Academy data is scoped to Soccer 3 today; the model is ready for a second club later.

Payment card numbers are not collected. Autopay is a status we track, not a card processor.
