Welcome to Soccer 3 Academy. By registering and participating in our activities, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Registration and Participation. All participants must complete the registration process by providing accurate and up-to-date information. Registration is personal and non-transferable.
2. Payments and Billing. All payments must be made according to the current fees. Soccer 3 Academy reserves the right to adjust fees with prior notice.
3. Cancellations and Refunds. Cancellations must be notified in advance of the notice period stated at registration. No refunds will be issued for cancellations inside that window before the program starts.
4. Liability. Soccer 3 Academy is not liable for injuries, loss of property, or other damages during activities. Participants must have their own medical insurance.
5. Conduct and Discipline. All participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards coaches, peers, and staff. Soccer 3 Academy reserves the right to suspend or expel participants for inappropriate conduct.
6. Intellectual Property. All educational material and content from Soccer 3 Academy is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without authorization.
7. Photographs and Recordings. By participating, you agree that Soccer 3 Academy may use photographs or recordings for promotional and advertising purposes, subject to the photo and marketing consents collected on the Join form.
8. Calendar and Schedule. Soccer 3 Academy strives to follow the established calendar and schedules but reserves the right to make changes with prior notice.
9. Equipment and Uniform. Participants are responsible for acquiring the required equipment and uniform for activities. Soccer 3 Academy will provide guidance on the requirements.
10. Assessments and Performance. Soccer 3 Academy reserves the right to conduct performance assessments and provide feedback to participants.
11. Privacy and Personal Data. Personal information provided during registration will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
12. Modifications to Activities. Soccer 3 Academy reserves the right to modify or cancel activities due to unforeseen circumstances.
13. Non-Compete Agreement. Participants and their legal representatives agree not to engage in competitive activities that negatively impact Soccer 3 Academy during and after their participation.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and any dispute will be resolved through arbitration or competent courts.
15. Communications. By registering, you agree to receive periodic communications from Soccer 3 Academy via email or messages.
16. Changes to Terms and Conditions. Soccer 3 Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with participants being notified of such changes.
17. Minors. Participants under the age of majority must have the consent of their parents or legal guardians to participate in activities.
18. Assumption of Risks. Participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of soccer and futsal activities.
19. Disclaimer of Liability. Soccer 3 Academy will not be held responsible for events beyond its control affecting the conduct of activities.
20. Duration of Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions are effective from the acceptance date and will remain in force until further notice.
